Experience an immersive 2-week journey in the dynamic city of Tbilisi, where you’ll connect with fellow startup enthusiasts, seasoned mentors, and visionary partners. During these transformative weeks, you’ll actively participate in practical, hands-on sessions, receive invaluable one-on-one mentorship, and embark on a journey through a proven process of startup growth that includes:
- Analytics. Establishing analytics foundation and maximizing customer journey tracking.
- Customer Development. Integrating vital customer insights for impactful communication.
- Metrics. Setting clear objectives, and KPI reporting for confident data-based decisions.
- Growth. Tailoring B2C and B2B growth strategies.
- Marketing. Mastering sales funnel design and optimization.
- Sales. Creating a high-ROI sales team
April 22 - June 14
Phase 2: Acceleration Phase
The following 8 weeks constitute the “Big Growth” phase, during which you’ll work closely with your dedicated mentor while launching tens of experiments for your business. This is where we tackle growth.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
- Advanced tailored B2B sales strategies, including account-based marketing and objection handling.
- Pipeline management, how to efficiently handle B2B sales pipelines, from lead generation to conversion.
- Negotiation & nurturing skills for lasting B2B client relationships.
- Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of your website, funnels, and marketing communication channels.
- Creating comprehensive testing protocols, validating tests, and gathering data.
Additionally, you’ll participate in workshops with global experts covering:
- Mastering content, email, and SMS strategies for “assets’ monetization”
- Crafting and implementing retention strategies to maximize Customer Lifetime Value.
- Mastering company finances 101: building a strong financial foundation and delving into financial projections, comprehensive reporting, and profit & loss mastery.

Phase 3: Fundraising Guidance and Demo Day

These final two weeks are thoughtfully designed to prepare you for your fundraising efforts. You’ll receive guidance on crafting a compelling pitch, designing an impactful deck, building an investor network, and formulating a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
This phase culminates in an exciting Demo Day event, where you’ll have the opportunity to present your company to a diverse audience of hundreds of local and international key ecosystem stakeholders . It’s your chance to showcase your product in Tbilisi to propel your startup to new heights.

Pedro founded and sold GoodGuide, a notable digital health venture backed by NEA and DFJ.
Following this, he established West to West, an American non-profit that has already helped 200+ Portuguese and EU entrepreneurs thrive in Silicon Valley. Later he founded and managed the Shilling Founders Fund, a €50m+ early-stage tech fund investing in pre-seed and seed-stage companies. Now, as a Partner at 500 Global, he actively designs and oversees acceleration and investment initiatives.
His profound knowledge of the startup ecosystem, both locally and globally, has earned him recognition as a sought-after speaker at major startup-related conferences, panel discussions, and media interviews.
